on the night of 8 January, 2017 due to some emergency i rushed my wife to National Medical Center due to unexpected breathing problem to her, the doctors in emergency were working & treating haphazardly all the emergency patients, space was too short and too crowded and male and female were treated at same place, paramedic staff were unsupervised and enjoying their love affairs openly, the doctor in emergency room when i personally dragged him towards my patients and spoke under his native language then he become helpful and prescribed to arrange medicines from their pharmacy point , due to nature of emergency i rushed to pharmacy point where i found that stupid sales person treating customer very badly its around midnight 2.15 o'clock and all the patients were standing in Que to take their medicines urgently cause their patients is under pain so they may rush back to emergency room to hand over the medicine to paramedics. so their loved may get relieve.
But unfortunately this guy dint treated all the customer well and was making unnecessary delay in delivering medicine and always arguing while taking money. Is this how you treat your customers who are paying you more at your own discretion and its seems this medical profession is not regulated by government authorities nor PMDC has any effective roll to restraint medical malpractices, in-fact pharmaceuticals allow the pharmacy point to give 1% to 7% discount to general public because they have given them cushion of 17 % to 25% along with Doctor prescription premium -margin and incentive & perks that is a part from parcel payment they receive under the table.
